The Charles River on a Windy Autumn Day

This is one of my favorite spots to take photos in South Natick, MA. The stone bridge and water falls make for a dramatic setting. The day we were there, the light and clouds really enhanced the scene.

New England Stone Wall & Field

It was one of those perfect late summer New England days and I found this wonderful field and stone wall. The light was perfect and the clouds were dramatic and dreamy.
Martha-Mary Chapel, Sudbury, Massachusetts

The Martha-Mary Chapel is an historic chapel in Sudbury, Massachusetts. It has been the backdrop of hollywood films and is a popular tourist destination. The chapel was built in 1940. The sky and clouds were prefect when we visited and created a nice backdrop for a dramatic photo.
LLoyd's Diner, Classic Americana
I just discovered this nice old diner only a few minutes from where I live. I guess that's the old adage, photograph what's in your backyard. (well not quite but close enough)

The Bridge at Oudeschans, Amsterdam, Netherlands (HDR)

One thing I love about Amsterdam is the amazing & broad spectrum of colors & textures. To capture this photo, I had to sit on a little side platform that hung out over the water. Just off to the side of this photo is the Montelbaans Tower.
Zeedijk, Amsterdam Netherlands
This is a canal behind Zeedijk in Amsterdam. Zeedijk is one of the oldest sections of Amsterdam in The Netherlands. It's a sight to be seen and a great time of day to visit is late afternoon.
Some refer to this area as "Little Venice" as it's one of the only places in Amsterdam where water goes up right next to house just like in Venice.

Castle De Haar (From the Gardens) in The Netherlands
Another angle of Castle De Haar in The Netherlands taken from the
gardens. It was a picture-perfect day wandering around this wonderous castle.

Photo of Moat Gatehouse at Castle Heeswijk, Netherlands
It was a rainy, cloudy & foggy day when we visited this stunning 12th century Dutch castle so I tried to leverage the weather conditions to my advantage to create moody and artistic photos.

Canon EOS 7D, 3 shot HDR composite in Photomatix, post processed in Adobe Lightroom 3 Beta 2. Tameron 10 - 24 mm @ 10mm.
HDR Photo, Castle De Haar in Haarzuilens, Netherlands (Front View)
Front View of Castle De Haar in the Netherlands. It was a picture perfect day. The castle was under construction but a little Photoshop magic helped the situation to get rid of some the construction eye sores in the photo.

Canon EOS 7D with Tameron 10 - 24mm ultra wide zoom @ 10mm. 3 shot HDR done in Photomatix, post processed in Adobe LightRoom 3 Beta 2 and touched and sized in Photoshop CS 3
Photo of Canal "Little Venice" near Zeedijk, Amsterdam, Netherlands
This is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Amsterdam and is one of the rare locations where you see water right up next to houses. Some call this particular area "Little Venice" because of this.
